If you do not have access to a tree company to chop down your trees for you, you can prune your trees and shrubs to create a whole new look. You can create a whole new garden by giving your space a “haircut.” You can take advantage of what a tree offers and transform the space accordingly. But if you are planning on installing large garden pots, think very carefully about where they will go, because once they are filled, they can be very difficult to move around.

If your garden is a natural draw for birds and animals and insects, you could encourage this by adding a bird feeder or installing a hedge to attract thrushes. You can also build a pond to attract dragonflies and newts. In general, adding more water features can truly reinvigorate a garden space.
